Youth Mindfulness Programs
Helping youth come home to belonging

“It’s time to be part of a deep transformation in the lives of youth.”
Many teens are moving through their lives without opportunities to slow down, be heard, and relate in fulfilling ways with themselves and others. What becomes possible when those spaces are intentionally created?
The Peace in Schools 12-session, evidence-based mindfulness program (watch the program in action) is a group class that offers students a space to explore and practice concepts of mindfulness through a deeply connected peer atmosphere.
Each lesson offers a new concept that is shared and then applied through dynamic activities, discussion, and games. Students will explore emotional regulation, the nervous system, the conditioned mind, and self-inquiry.
